Google — Super Bowl Answers

Who’s the greatest NFL player is up for debate, and who will win this year is TBD, but there’s one thing we know for sure: America asks the same Super Bowl questions every year. Here are all the answers.

In the week leading to the big game a CTA driving to our spot was placed directly on Google’s US Search page.

The spot was also supported by social activity on Twitter and Instagram.

There were also long-form data stories on Google’s official blog and Google Trends.

The data reveals some pretty interesting stuff, like Vermont searches more for ‘Buffalo Wings’ than ‘Tom Brady’ every Super Bowl, and searches for ‘How roman numerals work’ peak at game time every year.
